As Head of Finance, my main responsibility is to manage and oversee all the financial aspects of the company. This involves identifying and managing any financial risks that may arise, as well as preparing and presenting financial reports to the directors and senior leadership team. Another crucial part of my job is developing budgets, forecasting, a creating financial plans to ensure the company's stability and growth. I enjoy applying a combination of my technical skills, change management experience, and passion for developing people. It's incredibly fulfilling to see the impact of bringing these elements together and making a positive difference in the business.

Jamie delivers e-commerce fulfilment excellence at TSP Fulfilment. Expert in B2C, inventory management and Amazon FBA prep. He champions tech-driven solutions and streamlined processes, ensuring seamless operations and client satisfaction. A strong advocate for customer-centricity, he advises, "Always focus on the customer experience."

I am driven by improving employee engagement and thrive on the day-to-day challenges that the varied multi-client base brings, ensuring OTIF is hit and accurate inventory. At TSP Fulfilment, I leverage my 25+ years of warehouse experience to ensure we have a safe, friendly and driven environment in which to grow and succeed as a team and business.

I thrive on helping the business grow by championing safety, compliance and driving efficiencies across my business unit. Passionate about people, compliance, process improvement and optimisation, I have used my varied skillset and knowledge within branded FMCG environments to enhance standards, compliance and creating a fully inclusive environment for everyone to grow and develop together.

I believe that by optimizing processes we can improve customer satisfaction and ultimately create a better experience for everyone involved. It is important to me to constantly seek out ways to streamline operations and make sure that the needs of our customers are being met to the best of our abilities. I am dedicated to finding innovative solutions that will benefit both our team and those we serve.

I’m passionate about IT and specialise in helping TSP fulfilment leverage cutting-edge technology to enhance productivity and streamline operations. In my role at TSP Fulfilment I am responsible for managing and resolving IT support tickets efficiently, overseeing the planning and successful execution of various IT projects, and leading the onboarding process for new clients to ensure seamless integration.

At TSP Fulfilment, I focus on improving IT systems and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs. My role involves building strong client relationships, migrating on-premises infrastructure to Azure cloud, managing support tickets, and uploading products. I also set up integrations for clients on Mintsoft to streamline their operations.
