What are the cut off times for my orders to be dispatched in the day?
We work to a 2pm cut off for orders being dispatched the same day, and for selected products, on the Amazon Prime service we offer late pick up to cater for a 4pm cut off time.
How does a 3PL work?
When you partner with a 3PL for your fulfilment and logistics, you will have your goods sent to one of their warehouses. Upon receival of your shipment, they will store your products in a dedicated location, when an order is received they will then pick, pack, and ship your order directly to your customer (B2C) or retailer (B2B).
