What are the cut off times for my orders to be dispatched in the day?
We work to a 2pm cut off for orders being dispatched the same day and, for selected products on the Amazon Prime service, we offer late pick up to cater for a 4pm cut off time.
How does a 3PL work?
When you partner with a 3PL for your fulfilment and logistics, you will have your goods sent to one of their warehouses. Upon receipt of your shipment, they will store your products in a dedicated location. When an order is received they will then pick, pack, and ship your order directly to your customer (B2C) or retailer (B2B).

You can log in to our system and view live information including stock reports, sales reports and an overview of your order. Reports can be scheduled and emailed so you have information when you need it—and you can also be notified of backorders, input your own orders, and track orders at any time.
