As Head of Client Services, Alexis will lead the Account Management and Customer Service teams to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and operational excellence. Her role involves managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, overseeing SLA adherence, and optimising processes across departments. Additionally, I have experience in managing value-added services like Amazon FBA prep, ensuring clients meet platform requirements and achieve operational success.“
